Council or consortium tests
In areas like Kent, Bexley, Buckinghamshire and Birmingham one test covers the grammar schools in the area. You register with the council or consortium, not the school, and one score is used for all of them.

Which test your child sits, who runs it and when it happens depends on where you live. Choose your local authority to see the test, the key dates and the grammar schools it covers, then see how Limit Breakers prepares children for that format.
Start typing your council or county, or filter by region and exam format. Areas with one shared test show its dates; elsewhere each school sets its own.

Some grammar schools, in Barnet, Bromley and Reading for example, set their own tests. You register with each school separately and may sit more than one exam.
