Eligibility
The Partnership Membership is intended for families with children in Year 3, 4, 5, registering via currently available invitation. Use of the platform is subject to your agreement to these terms.
Use of the Platform
You agree to use the platform for educational purposes only. Misuse of abuse of the system (including but not limited to cheating) may result in your account being suspended.
Data Partnership Terms
As part of the Partnership, you agree to share your child's learning data and your completion of surveys to help us understand educational barriers and improve our services. Data collected may include demographics, usage patterns, and performance metrics, which will be used in aggregate.
Cancellation & Opt-Out
You may end use of the Partnership Membership at anytime, your data will be kept live for continuing our Access to Learning research unless you request it been deleted/removed.
Limitation of Liability
We cannot be responsible, to the full extent of the law, for learning outcomes or outcomes from the wider study using the platform.
